The Cruise Examiner for 30th November 2015

Statendam and Ryndam have kept their basic Holland America Line livery as P&O Australia’s Pacific Eden and Pacific Aria.
Last week was a great week for Sydney-siders, as two separate cruise events were held in their scenic harbour. Not to be content with the Wednesday arrival of all five of the P&O Cruises Australia fleet for the christening of its two newest units, Pacific Eden and Pacific Aria, Saturday saw the arrival of the two largest cruise ships serving Australia in Royal Caribbean International’s Explorer of the Seas and Voyager of the Seas. Elsewhere, one Chinese ship has been withdrawn while other Chinese owners have acquired a third ship.
Thank you for all the current cruise news. Although I have now been retired for 6 yrs from the day to day cruise operations in Southampton, I still try to keep in touch with the cruising scene.
Last week my wife and I enjoyed lunch on board “Arcadia”. I am hoping we shall be able to cruise again in the New Year.
