New 21-day Freighter Cruise On The Old Banana Boat Route From Houston To Mexico, Colombia, Panama And Central America

Conti ArabellaNSB’s Conti Arabella (above) this week opens a new freighter cruise service, when she sails from Houston today and every 21 days after to ports in Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Honduras and Guatemala, a route reminiscent of the old banana boat trades.

The port rotation for this service is Houston, Altamira, Veracruz, Turbo, Cartagena, Punta Manzanillo (Panama), Puerto Limon, Puerto Cortes and Santo Tomas de Castilla before returning to Houston.

The next scheduled departures are from Houston on April 8 and 29, May 20, and every 21 sdays thereafter. This vessel is equipped with one Owner’s Cabin, so you have the ship to yourself, along with swimming pool and sauna.
